1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PreMarket Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PreMarket Bot provides a Telegram-based interface for trading pre-market tokens on decentralized platforms including Polymarket and Hyperliquid. The Service facilitates trading operations but does not provide financial advice or recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes
  • You must maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You understand that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss

5. Fees

The Service charges a 0.1% trading fee on executed trades. Withdrawal fees are $1 per withdrawal. Network gas fees are covered by the Service. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Self-Custody

Users maintain control of their funds through individual HD-derived wallets. Private keys are encrypted and can be exported at any time. The Service does not have access to user funds.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PREMARKET BOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRADING LOSSES INCURRED.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
